FAQs

1. How do I know if I need professional help?
2. What are some pesticide alternatives to solving my pest      problems?
3. I have a whole bunch of pests. Do you have a solution?
4. How long do I have to leave the premises?
5. What about pets and children?
6. Do the chemicals you use have a really bad odor?
7. Do you guarantee your work?
The answer to this question is pretty simple. If you see just a few ants or just one mouse, those few ants or one mouse have a whole bunch of buddies  lurking where you can't see them. If you have even a slightly visible problem then you have a problem. Left untreated, you could have a crisis.

We use state-of-the-art low toxicity pesticides that are much less harmful to people, pets, and their environments. We seek out conditions conducive to pest infestation in order to set up a plan of action to eliminate or alter those conditions through exclusion, trapping, good sanitation practices, cultural changes, monitoring devices, and other Integrated Pest Management techniques. If a serious infestation needs chemical application for initial knockdown and control we will discuss the application techniques with the least toxic materials with our client in order to assure all safety concerns are employed.

Because we use low toxicity chemicals, you can usually stay home during the treatment. Flea and spider treatments require you to leave for 2-3 hours. Roaches, ants, mice, termites, and just about everything else can be taken care of while you're relaxing on the living room couch.

Children need to leave during the treatment and may return 2-3 hours after completion. We ask that during treatments, you either put your pets in a room that is not being treated or remove them from the structure until the materials we have used are dry. Fish tanks need to be covered. Safety concerns about each treatment are discussed prior to an application of any pesticides.

Another great benefit of low toxicity chemicals is virtually odorless pest control. No longer do you need to be reminded that you received extermination by a nasty, lingering odor. The newer pesticides have been refined to low-odor or no-odor levels. The offensive odors associated with pest control are thankfully a thing of the past.
