Sometimes homeowners have a chance invasion of pest that can be eliminated by a one shot application of pesticides in cracks and crevices and void areas. We call this method of control a “Clean Out” and guarantee the results for 60 days. If due to the nature of the pest involved a Clean Out is not adequate we will recommend a service frequency based upon your needs.

Most homes have occasional invaders that can be kept in check with a Seasonal Service four times a year. Our trained technicians will do a free inspection to best determine the type of service to suit your needs and budget.

CLEAN OUT

Treatment of exterior perimeter, inside void areas, and cracks and crevices are usually enough to solve this type of infestation. This treatment is called a "CLEAN OUT" and it comes with a 60 days guarantee. If additional treatments are necessary within the guarantee period there are no additional fees. An interview or inspection can determine if a "CLEAN OUT" is the correct service for you.

SEASONAL SERVICE

Most houses have small entryways that allow outdoor pest to gain access to our home. The circumstances that attract pest into our homes are food, water, and shelter. Our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program is an important part of residential service. Using IPM techniques we identify pest problems with monitoring devices, seek out cultural or structural conditions to reduce pest infestation, and make sanitation recommendations to decrease pest attraction. (See our homepage about IPM).Therefore, during our initial visit for SEASONAL SERVICE we will inspect and detect the areas that need sealed or caulked and help our client minimize the amount of pest that come inside their home. Each service is guaranteed against re-infestation until the next service is due. If a homeowner has a covered pest between visits there is no additional cost for “recalls”.

SPRING: An application of moisture activated granular material is put around foundation to repel pest from entrance into the home. Garage, doorways, decks, and overhangs are treated to control spiders. Indoor inspection will be done for common pest to see if pesticides should be applied inside. Rodent bait stations are cleaned and old bait is replaced. As spring weather is right for termite swarmers, we will do a courtesy inspection for termites.

SUMMER: Perimeter of foundation is treated to keep pest outside. An inspection for houseflies is made to alert homeowner to conditions that attract them inside. Retail products for fly control are offered at an additional cost. Outdoor overhangs are inspected and treated if nesting stinging insects are found. Inside inspections are made to detect ants, spiders, roaches, and general crawling insects. Applications of pesticides are used when indication of infestations are found.

FALL: Perimeter application of granular material is put around foundation to repel pest from entrance into the home. Rodent bait stations are cleaned or replaced with fresh bait. Exterior of home and garages are inspected and treated for spiders as this is the most significant time period for their appearance inside the home. Inspection and pesticide applications on inside of home as indicated. Inspect the exterior of home for openings that need sealed for the winter to keep rodents out.

WINTER: Inspect all rodent bait stations and replace bait as needed. Inspect food storage areas for “pantry pest” that could contaminate dried foods. Inspect pet and wild bird foods to detect rodents and “pantry pest” evidence. Do thorough inspection of basement and crawlspace areas for termites. Apply pesticides as needed around plumbing areas, cracks & crevices and void areas.
